  3. WinShuffle and associated documentaion have been made with great care
  4. but no guarantee is made that these materials are correct or without
  5. flaws in design or implementation.

  7. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PETER RICHARDS,
  8. PAJERSOFT, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THESE MATERIALS, 
  9. WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED
  10. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  12. PETER RICHARDS, PAJERSOFT,  SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, 
  13. CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR 
  14. INABILITY TO USE THESE MATERIALS, EVEN IF PETER RICHARDS,PAJERSOFT  
  15. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. IN NO 
  16. EVENT SHALL PETER RICHARDS SOFTWARE'S LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES EVER 
  17. EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THESE MATERIALS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF 
  18. THE CLAIM.

  20. Any action or proceeding by either party against the other arising out of
  21. or relate to this agreement shall be brought only in a competent
  22. jurisdiction located in the United Kingdom. The parties hereby consent to
  23. in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
